I updated my webcam drivers but it still doesnt work it worked once and than stopped it worked for about 5 minutes and than it stopped can it be my webcam is disconnected?

I opened back df6600 wirelles and put it very good in the place, then screwed it back and putted back te wireless cables in correct position, but not ok.

What is going on? Just in case, test your laptop with video on the external monitor. Is it required to remove the screen to get the palm rest thingy and the touchpad off? I replaced the keyboard, updated the drivers and bios. Other times it flickers and stays on or flickers and turns back off. About 2 minutes ago it sayed my laptop dv was installing drivers for my webcam and than my webcam started working. You should be able to replace just the fan. How do you re-attach these cables. After cleaning the fans a bit, I ran the laptop for 30 minutes or so and could smell the smoke fume again when I sniff close to the laptop. Please tell me how to make it reappear.
