I have tried all of these steps and none worked I am running windows 7 64 bit I have the onetouch scanner It shows up in device manager as "usb scanner" I've tried to install using the drivers from the site as well as from the original CD When it gets to the part where it tells you to plug the scanner it I receive a message stating "the drivers for this device cannot be found" I have also tried to pull the drivers from my old PC and then tried to add them in device manager and get the same message Does anyone else have any suggestions, I thought DBoss's steps would work since he has the same scanner, but didn't work for me Thanks for reading.
Unfortunately, I can not yet get Windows Fax and Scan to recognize the scanner. CAT with a certificate that you generate yourself additional tools required: Id much rather do away with the one software and use photoshop etc for scanning. Hi Davcall, You my friend are a rock star!
